The Gemini Cooperation Agreement submitted by Maersk and Hapag-Lloyd has been approved, aiming to allow the alliance to share vessels in trade between the United States and Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. The collaboration plan involves approximately 290 vessels with a total capacity of about 3.4 million TEU, with Maersk and Hapag-Lloyd accounting for 60% and 40% of the total capacity respectively, with the goal of improving schedule reliability to over 90%.

Meanwhile, CMA CGM Group, COSCO Shipping, Evergreen Marine, and OOCL have signed a memorandum of understanding to extend the Ocean Alliance until 2032. The Ocean Alliance was established in spring 2017 and operates the largest container shipping network for global trade. Leveraging the industry's strongest network, it provides flexible and innovative solutions for customers.

Ocean Network Express (ONE), Yang Ming Marine, and HMM continue to deepen their alliance cooperation and will operate joint services under the name "Premier Alliance". The cooperation will take effect from February 2025 for a period of five years.
